IDB Support Tickets (formerly wpsc Support Tickets) was developed for the WordPress e-commerce plugin IDB ECommerce (formerly wpStoreCart), but can also be used without it.

The plugin provides a simple and intuitive admin backend, where tickets can be solved or closed with ease. It also includes a frontend section, where the site's users ca open tickets for any problem they might be having with the site.

Admins can setup various support departments, activate email notifications, and even prevent guests from opening tickets on the site.

All of these features are available via IDB Support Tickets' backend page, where admins can adjust about everything they want about the ticketing system.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
