The "FragmentCache" plugin provides an extra level of customization for cached content which other caching systems can't provide.
The plugin uses an unknown caching technique called "fragment caching."
This enables programmers using special syntax in their code to cache certain page sections, for logged in or anonymous users.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
