Fluid Notification Bar

The message bar text can be configured via the help of a special page in the WordPress administration panel.

Fluid Notification Bar comes with support for responsive layouts and its style can be easily modified by changing the plugin's included CSS file.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
