The Enigma plugin uses an encryption mechanism to hide text and only decode it when loaded from a browser on the client's side (via JavaScript).
This makes the text invisible for spam and search bots, and visible only for a person's eyes.
Enigma is usable via shortcode. Usage instructions are included with the plugin's README.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
