Add Submit Button On Top

This way when editing settings on top of the page, he won't have to scroll all the way down to hit the submit button.

The submit button will be added to the top of all Settings Menu pages, User Edit Page, Appearance Editor Page, and the Plugin Editor page.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
