jQuery Mobile tableview

The "jQuery Mobile Tableview" plugin enhances table display and controls for jQuery Mobile tables.

Includes support for responsive layouts, merging multiple rows, filters, sort controls, etc..

A demo is included with the download package.

What is new in this release:

• Added refresh method. Call $( your table ).table("refresh").
• Fixed multi row header not correctly toggling.
• data-override="true" disables the default JQM filter.

Requirements:

• JavaScript enabled on client side
• jQuery 1.5 or higher
• jQuery Mobile 1.2 or higher
