sPlaylistMaker allows you to easily create .m3u and .m3u8 play-lists via drag-and-drop or via the command line. sPlaylistMaker will recursively scan through dropped folders and create a play-list file in each folder with the name of that folder. Existing play list files are left untouched, though.
