Waha GNU/Linux is an open source Linux distribution based on the well known Debian GNU/Linux operating system and built around the comprehensive GNOME desktop environment.
It’s distributed as 32-bit/64-bit Live DVDs
It is distributed as two Live DVD ISO images, one for each of the supported architectures (32-bit and 64-bit). By default, each Live DVD supports both English and Arabic languages.
The boot menu provides advanced options
Users will be able to use the 32-bit version on either i486 or i686 PAE machines, by choosing the right options on the boot menu. Besides the ability to install the system (in text-mode or graphical mode), the boot menu also provide some advanced options, such as to boot the operating system that’s already installed or to test the RAM (system memory) for errors.
Use it in live mode or install on a local drive
As always, we strongly suggest to test the distribution via its live environment before installing it. Waha GNU/Linux provides all the features that are integrated into Debian GNU/Linux, but its main focus is to be easily accessible by anyone, especially by novice Linux users.
