UniDockyNapse is an open source operating system based on the world’s most popular distribution of Linux, Ubuntu. It features a funky desktop environment powered by Unity, Docky, Gala and Adwaita.
Distributed as a 64-bit Live DVD
This Ubuntu remix is available for download on Softoware as a single Live DVD ISO image of approximately 1.2GB in size, designed to be compatible only with 64-bit (x86_64) hardware platforms. We recommend to write it on a USB flash drive of 2GB or higher capacity in order to boot it from the BIOS of the PC.
Boot options
Being an Ubuntu remix, the distribution’s Live DVD image provides users with a standard boot prompt from where they can start the live environment with default drivers or in safe graphics mode, boot an existing operating system from the first disk, check the RAM for errors, as well as to directly start the installer.
