Finlinux, also known as Fin Linux or Financial Linux, is an open source server oriented distribution of Linux capable of executing orders and managing financial risks. It is engineered as a financial trading server and client solution based on the Linux kernel and Debian GNU/Linux operating system.
Available as an installable only CD image
The distribution is available for download on Softoware as an installable only CD ISO image that runs well on both 32-bit and 64-bit hardware platforms. Keep in mind that you must write the ISO image to a CD disc or USB flash drive of 1GB or higher capacity in order to boot it from the BIOS of a PC.
Boot options
When booting the operating system, you will be prompted by a boot menu that allows you to start the graphical or text-mode installers, as well as to access various advanced boot options, such as expert installation, rescue mode, automated installation, graphical expert installation, graphical rescue mode or graphical automated installation.
