Sumka Quick Launcher is a quick program launcher with features: panels of buttons. Each button can run program, open folder or document, open another panel. Button can open system folder, like desktop or start menu. It also features quick access icons, Q-Icons can be placed over all windows, skins for panels and buttons, launching groups of programs or documents, and configuration wizard.
