Cecil

Cecil is a Windows application that automates and optimizes the tasks you frequently do on your computer. A task A¢?? or command to Cecil, this is where the cute little name came from, Command Centered Intelligent Launcher A¢?? is an abstraction of about anything people use their computers for. It can be as simple as opening a file or web address, or as complex as creating a website and delivering it to your client. Cecil optimizes the process by keeping everything organized in a slim, yet powerfull menu; and automates repetitive operations by means of suite launching and on the fly scripting.

• now using Adobe AIR -- results in overall a more stable software;
• new modular code base -- permits future expansions with ease;
• multi-level items -- as well as click-able items in level 0; provides a more flexible way to organize your menus;
• font and icons styling -- makes easier to spot a particular item;
• separator items -- helps better delineate categories within the same group;
• suites -- a special kind of group whose items get triggered automatically, as if you clicked on each item yourself;
• script-able items -- if you can code Batch or Windows Host JS, you can attach logic to items to perform complex tasks;
• better items management -- enjoy copy/paste, undo/redo, drag&drop to relocate, within your tree of items;
• easier items creation -- drag&drop file(s) from Windows Explorer onto the menu bar to create single items or groups; drag&drop links from your browser to create items;
• better control over the menu bar -- allows you to chose what mouse gesture will trigger bar toggling, whether to close automatically after selecting an item, whether to leave a gutter for reaching full screen applications, and more;
• import and export -- for easy backup and content migration.
