SimLoader takes a different approach to showing content preloaders on a page.
Instead of showing a progress indicator or some kind of animated percentage number, this plugin was inspired by the famous SimCity game loading mechanism.
SimLoader uses a list of phrases, showing them one at a time, one after the other in a quick succession.
As the page and its resources load in the background, users will be shown these messages, keeping them occupied until all the loading operations finish.
If the messages are carefully put together with a funny or interesting tone, the user won't notice the lengthy loading process, being busy ready the messages.
Under the hood, SimLoader lets developers customize the loading messages users see, their animation transition duration and their delay time.
A demo is included with the download package to show developers how the plugin can be implemented.
