jQuery printPage Plugin

jQuery printPage Plugin allows a webmaster to show an actual, fully-working "Print" button in his Web pages.

This is a more useful option than relying on the browser's built-in "Print" menu option, which is sometimes hard to get at, or users barely know it exists.

The plugin can print the current page, or an argument can be passed to the Print button and it will retrieve and send to the printer a remote Web page instead.

While fetching the page, a small, temporary modal is shown asking the user to wait.
