It allows the user to navigate through a list of links with his arrow keys and follow the URL by pressing Enter.
The script supports for the user to hover his mouse over an option and press Enter to follow the link.
While hovering, if pressing an up/down arrow key, the mouse hover event is over-written and the page follows instructions sent by the keyboard navigation system.
