jQuery Picturetape uses two parameters to add offsets for the X and Y axes used by browsers for displaying elements inside a page's canvas.
At runtime, these two parameters are converted to CSS-based relative or absolute positioning rules.
The benefit of this approach is that developers can use a dynamic system for moving and positioning images in custom locations without making permanent modifications to their code.
This also means the jQuery Picturetape plugin can be used only for one image on the page, just for a selected group of photos, on specific frontend templates, or just on a specific page, all without adding extra CSS classes to the code and over-bloating the CSS source.
What is new in this release:
- Updated bower.json to ignore even more files.
Requirements:
- JavaScript enabled on client side
- jQuery 1.10.2 or higher
