ComcastifyJS is a way to protest against the recent FCC assault on Net Neutrality.
This library is a way to let your users know what will happen if Net Neutrality is abolished and cable companies and Internet ISPs can rank traffic in different bandwidths.
ComcastifyJS will mask images embedded on a page with a color overlay and only show the image starting from the top at a very very slow loading pace.
This effect itself is configurable and developers can decide the color of the overlay, the loading speed and the loading increment.
Developers can also decide if to load the entire image or not, stopping the image loading operation at a desired load percentage (just like in real-life).
A sample page is included with the ComcastifyJS library.
