It's a small application packed with first-class features including layer support, filters, social media integration and a whole lot more! Designed specifically to be used by everyone, PaintRibbon supports Windows 7, Vista & XP - custom-made window borders are shown even on older systems. Paintribbon is fully portable and you can choose to install it on a portable drive or USB stick.
