Help Excel

HelpExcel is a ticket generating software for seeking help on IT Systems. This replaces the archaic system of using the telephone or email (or shouting for help) to report an issue. It's simple: The Administrator signs up; a verification mail is sent to him; his account is verified; he adds the users; and lo, Help Excel is up and running. The Admin can enter user locations and access levels; and of course, the list of software and hardware help is sought for.

Limitations:

Users/tickets limited to 15 and 300 respectively
