LDTViewer is a layout viewer, which supports GDS, GDS2, and OASIS formats. It is very flexible, allows to configure colors, patterns, level of hierarchy and permits easy navigation (pan, zoom in and out), has history of navigation and allows to measure distances. Available on Windows and Linux platforms.
