showOnHover effects can be applied to any HTML element, from images to forms.
The plugin basically adds extra controls for mouse hover events, letting developers decide how to manage the rollOver and rollOut options.
The plugin is quite small and is also compatible with the jQuery Easing plugin.
An example and usage instructions are included with the showOnHover download package.
