It's a game about escaping from prison using your mental abilities. Once the player enters the mind of a guard, he discovers his thoughts and can choose amongst several ideas to induce into the guard's mind. Some might have no effect, and some ideas make the guard trigger an alarm (because they know that there's a convict who has escaped and the convict has these mental abilities). Only one idea leads to the level's door opening.
