Pico

Pico allows Python developers access to a light framework that lets them use their technologies in building Python-based apps, but provides a solid base on which to start.

Pico's main advantage and difference from other similar Python frameworks is its inter-interoperability with JavaScript code.

This means developers can write code, modules, classes and functions that can be easily called directly from JavaScript when needed, taking some load off the server.

Pico also comes with its own embedded server, or it can run via Apache when needed (via mod_wsgi).
