FancyInputs is a simple form masking plugin that will hide default browser styles and allow the developer to use his own on top.
It only supports dropdown select lists, radio buttons, and checkbox elements, since these are practically the only form elements that cannot be styled via native CSS.
FancyInputs is packed as a jQuery plugin and comes with usage instructions detailed in the package's README file.
A demo is also included with the downloadable archive.
