Caret.js

Caret.js was created to help with the development of the At.js mentions system.

This small plugin allows developers easy access to an utility that can tell them where the input caret is located inside an input-friendly element, along with its offset.

This information can then be used to debug the page or to manipulate the caret's position inside the input field.

Besides classic textarea and text input fields, Caret.js also supports iframe and contentEditable elements as well.

A demo is included with the Caret.js package.

• Calculating in iframe's coordinate
• Implement position API for contentEditable
• Fixed HTML escaping while mirroring caret
