This package provides the necessary installation files of Extron DTP T FB 323 DTP Transmitter Firmware 1.01. This firmware applies only to DTP T FB model with part number 60-1568-12 (DTP T FB 232).
Fixes:
- Fixed Issue (originated in v1.00): Embedded analog audio is not properly recognized on certain displays. Certain displays would not output an audio signal when analog audio was embedded using the DTP T FB. This issue has been resolved with firmware version 1.01.
Installation steps:
1. Download the firmware file.
2. Run the .exe file downloaded to extract the firmware file.
3. Connect the computer to the side panel Remote RS-232 port or top panel Configuration port of the switcher.
4. Start the Product Configuration Software and connect to the unit.
5. Click Tools > Update firmware. The software asks you to confirm that you want to continue the update.
6. Click Continue. The Product Configuration Software disconnects itself from the unit and calls the Firmware Loader utility in the background. The Update Firmware dialog box appears.
7. Click Browse . The Open dialog box opens.
8. Navigate to the folder where you saved the firmware upgrade file. Select the file and click Open . The Update Firmware dialog box returns to the top.
9. Click Update to continue. The Firmware Loader utility tests the connection, installs the update, and then verifies the firmware. At the conclusion of the process, the utility reports Upload Complete.
10. Click Close. The Product Configuration Software window returns to the front.
11. Click the in the connection tab to completely disconnect the program from the unit and then reconnect the program.
