Web Search Optimizer

The Web Search Optimizer provides additional search options for the most important search engines in the web. The addon integrates a green button with a magnifier next to the search box of the most relevant search engines. The supported search engines are:
Google: Specify the relevant keywords for your search. Narrow down the search results by time and file type. Exclude the search results from price comparison websites. Extend the price comparison websites list to exclude your personal entries. Include a personal blacklist to filter unwanted content.
Bing: Specify the relevant keywords for your search. Narrow down the search results by time and file type. Exclude the search results from price comparison websites. Extend the price comparison websites list to exclude your personal entries. Include a personal blacklist to filter unwanted content.

Additionally, the Web Search Optimizer provides some general settings: Extend the default price comparison websites list with your own entries. Specify your personal blacklist of unwanted content. Determine whether the search results should open in a new tab. Enable / Disable: You can enable or disable the Web Search Optimizer directly from the browser. You have a small blue widget at the right bottom of the browser. By clicking on this widget, the addon is enabled or disabled. The Web Search Optimizer supports you in finding the really relevant content in the web.
