PHP FileList

PHP FileList works by taking the content of a folder and listing it on a Web page.

All the files and directories found in that folder will be printed out, along with their most recent modification date, file size, and a small description text.

Using a simple config file file-type icons can be added, along with the possibility to add custom descriptions based on file extensions or file name.

Clicking on a file link will automatically trigger a download.

PHP FileList can be used as a basic replacement for the standard Apache file listing index, or embedded with more powerful Web applications.

What is new in this release:

• At the end of the table can be optionally displayed the number of folders and files, the total size of the files and the date and time of last update.
• The file list can both ascending by name, size, date and comment, as are also sorted in descending order.
• For files and folders icons can be displayed.
• Several minor changes, such as the opinions and comments.

What is new in version 1.6.3:

• Japanese language file was added.
• Spanish language file was added.
• When you call the script using a nonexistent directory name, the home directory will be displayed.
