Xplorer

Xplorer is a file manager for Linux systems, offering information about files, delete, move, or copy them.

Xplorer is an open source software compatible with POSIX conformant operating systems.

What is new in this release:

• C++X can read png images without the help of external liraries. The pnglite library has been modified and adapted to provide this functionality.
• The icons are provided in sizes of 16, 22, 32 and 48 pixels.
• XCursor and SVG file type detection has been added.
• Previews of XCursor files are possible.
• A new Themes Dialog enables the user to choose an icon set.
• Drag 'n' Drop Cursors are created from the "default" icon theme, if possible.
• The strictness of the DnD protocol has been relaxed to allow interaction with less conformant applications.
• links in (compressed) tape archives are handeled correctly
• some bugs have been fixed, the most important ones are:
• libjpeg errors are caught and handeled
• corrected alpha premultiplication for images
• transparent gif files are displayed correctly
• locked dirs in the list view are marked and treated as such (closes bug #3015664)
• pushed state of right CHScrollBar button is shown
• fixed wrong calculation of netpbm color value
