This program does hundreds of screen captures throughout the time that you have programmed to store in a JPEG format, which occupies the minimum space on your hard disk. You will be able to know what the advantages that other users have to your computer, or, monitor a process. Therefore you can record a video of everything that comes out on the screen but without the necessity of using up space or the slowing down of your computer.
