Free software for Microsoft Outlook makes Google Docs easy-to-use, with full-featured access to your Google documents. Locate, share, and work on Google documents quickly and easily, directly from an Outlook sidebar. Drag documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and PDF files to the Harmon.ie sidebar to upload them to Google Docs. Drag Google document links to an e-mail message, and Harmon.ie will automatically share the documents with selected recipients from your Outlook and Gmail address books as you send the message. Recipients can view and edit the documents on Google Docs using a free Google account.
Work on Google documents from Outlook: organize documents in folders; or star, rename, or hide them. Open and edit documents in Outlook, and export the documents into various popular file formats. Search your entire collection of Google documents from the Harmon.ie search bar, and locate documents using views, folders, sorting, and starred documents.
