Shorten URLs

15 services supported until now.

An interface with the API is also provided, along with methods for handling errors in case a service cannot be reached or is taking too long to respond.

There is also a submodule which records shortened statuses for viewing at admin/settings/shorten/records.

Installation:

Unpack in your modules folder (usually '/sites/all/modules/')
Enable under Administer > Site Building > Modules

What is new in this release:

• Fixed PHP Strict configuration warning.
• Restrict cURL to only use HTTP and HTTPS protocols.
• Reversed default setting to use www instead of http (http is now preferred)
• Fixed Fragments and variables in original urls do not exist after redirect.
• Fixed Input filter shorten/expand js always says 'shorten' after you click it once.
