The package contains repository specific scripts that sends the commit to Drupal for queuing, where the bot's internal fastest cron processes it and pushes to IRC.
The repo-side script is limited, so multiple commits per push are currently not supported.
Installation:
Unpack in your modules folder (usually '/sites/all/modules/')
Enable under Administer > Site Building > Modules
