RXforPrint

RXforPrint is a user-centric, print job monitoring product for managing printing networks. It captures details about print jobs and stores them in its database. This database can be queried to produce reports indicating print activity, or the data from it can be exported to other systems. Our product tracks print activity by printer, user, and department. It performs a print assessment on demand for any printer. It logs current print conditions on all printers, and makes the information available in real time.

RXforPrint can also send alert emails to designated individuals, such as Users, Administrators, and Help Desk technicians informing them of printer problems; such as jams, out of toner or out of paper. This allows for quick responses by support staff to and thus improving end user productivity. RXforPrint has four major components: Server, Administrator Client, Management Dashboard, and Spooler Client. Each component has its own set of specific functions.
