Esteaada

Esteaada was created to be one of the best recovery application that was written for Linux and has a GUI (Graphical User Interface).

Esteaada is able to recover files that have not yet been overwritten by a wiping process, even if the files were lost by deleting or by formating the hard drive, or by re-splitting partitions .

By default, Esteaada can recover many popular file types, such as: odf, gz , 7z , bz2, rpm, deb, svg, avi, jpg, jar, htm, gif, exe, doc, docx, dll, bmp, rar, ppt, pptx, png, pdf, ole, mp4, mpg, mov, mbd, xls, wmv, wav, vis, swx, sxi, sxc, sx, sdw, rif, zip, xlsx.

Also, users can add new file types to its database.
