Medical Image Viewer (MIView) is a simple image viewer for Dicom, NEMA, Papyrus, Analyze 7.5, Nifti 1, and raster images, including JPEG, GIF, TIFF, PNG, and BMP. The program also includes support for viewing DICOM and Nifti fields and changing window center/width.
