Run a telephonic survey over a voice modem and common telephone line. Specify your Welcome/Survey options wave file which will be played when caller call your phone number. Specify the number of digits to monitor (survey options). Specify the wave file to play after user press a digit to cast his vote.

Store the Caller ID and Selected option in a comma-delimited text file which can be imported in any database. Advance thread management to avoid hangups and clean execution of software. Specify the no response timeout to close the call automatically if caller dont press a digit or hangup.
