Responsive Comments reads HTML comments, media queries and a custom HTML 5 data-* attribute. Based on what it finds, it will execute custom JavaScript code and render (or not) the HTML code inside the comment, all based on the detected viewport (screen) width.
This means developers can hide the code responsible for how the website looks at various resolutions inside their HTML and have it executed only when that resolution is active on the client's side.
Responsive Comments additionally supports Modernizr, a powerful JavaScript library for feature detection, allowing developers to execute custom code only when certain features are present on the client's side.
Multiple load criteria can be added not only to a page, but to a HTML tag as well, helping developers create complex and truly responsive websites from one single HTML codebase.
The Responsive Comments library is framework agnostic, meaning it can work with or without complex Javascript frameworks like jQuery or MooTools.
