OAuth2

OAuth2 implements the newer changes made to the OAuth protocol via its more secure 2.0 version, but still keeps the simple interaction model used with the first version.

The library is nothing more than a plain Ruby wrapper for the official protocol API, allowing developers to handle abstract OAuth request and responses.

It can be used to handle login and authentication procedures for any OAuth 2.0 compatible server already on the market, being an ideal tool for building those social sign-in systems you see on some Web services.

Besides Ruby 1.8.x, 1.9.x, and 2.x, OAuth can also be used with JRuby and Rubinius.
