The Bulletin plugin works inside a small band shown in a fixed position at the bottom of each page.
Inside this band, links to one or more news items can be shown, being rotated in a vertical direction.
Bulletin's JS parameters allow developers to customize the speed of this rotation, if it goes up or down, and the amount of time news stories remain visible.
Inside the HTML code, each news story is stored in an list item, so if you want to remove the links and rotate plain text, you can do that as well.
