browser.html actually provides a fully-working browser, not just an empty UI shell.
It consists of a frame container, some buttons for the actual UI, and some iframes where the actual Web page is loaded.
It also supports UI themes (white and dark for now), a multi-tab environment, keyboard shortcuts, and a modular structure to disable one or more parts of the UI.
Installation instructions are provided with the package's README file.
