BlankPlate

BlankPlate can be used when needing to start a new Web project, but using a full-on frontend UI like Bootstrap, InK, or Bootflat is a little bit too much.

BlankPlate is organized in a well-thought off structure and made up of a basic CSS reset, a basic HTML 5 page template, and basic CSS rules for most page elements.

Basic style rules are included for a page's typography elements, buttons, forms, media elements, code snippets, and many more.

Also a special section is included for diagnostics tasks, a quick tool of detecting problems with your CSS.
