UMLet is an open-source Java tool for rapidly drawing UML diagrams with a pop-up-free, light-weight user interface.
UMLet lets you draw diagram sketches, as well as to export diagrams to EPS, PDF, JPG, SVG and SYS. It fast and features text-based sequence diagram and the ability to be called from the command-line.
