Disable Search is a GNOME Shell extension that disables the search functionality from the overview mode.
This is useful if you use search tools, such as Synapse or GNOME-Do.
To install this extension you must have GNOME Shell installed or Cinnamon. However, keep in mind that it has not been tested with Cinnamon.
