Choose any picture (family photo or whatever - .jpg .bmp .gif) stored on your computer and it will be placed on your desktop. You can then adjust its' size and transparency, choose a border or apply rounded corners. Drag it to your preferred position. Choose whether to to start auto with Windows. Settings are saved. Brightens your day.
