Accent has been created by combining and modifying the GTK themes MurrinaCandido (part of the Murrina theme pack), Unified and Sonar3_5.
The Metacity theme is a slightly modified version of FineryDark.
The panel background is the one provided with Fn Light.
The icon theme is Footwork (Elementary) (not bundled).
About GNOME:

The name originally stood for GNU Network Object Model Environment, though this acronym is deprecated. The GNOME project puts heavy emphasis on simplicity, usability, and making things “just work”.
