The program allows the user to search for and close or delete multiple Estimates in QuickBooks. Search results can be sorted on many fields such as Reference Number, Date, Customer/Job, Memo, Amount, Active Status, or Transaction Number. Once selected the estimates can be either closed or deleted in bulk rather than doing them one at a time the way QuickBooks normally limits the user.
