adminApp is a client side application written in Java that gives you spread sheet support to your MySQL database and requires no drivers. One of the major factors in running web sites today is the accessibility and ease of manipulation of your databases. That's where all your content and data is coming from. In most cases, the functionality you get from a dynamically generated web page is just not enough to edit and manipulate your database driven web-sites. If you are familiar with spread-sheets or phpMyAdmin, using adminApp should not be that difficult.
