Outlook Express Extraction is a tool for outlook express. You can set the directory where messages are extracted and the type of file to extract. Set the type to .eml for emails or .nws for "newsgroup" messages. To move back messages to Microsoft Outlook Express, just select files with Microsoft Windows Explorer and drag those files to finally drop them into an Microsoft Outlook Express folder.
