Extract Email Addresses is an easy-to-use Microsoft Outlook Add-In for extracting e-mail addresses from e-mail messages and contact items in Microsoft Outlook folders and mailboxes. The extracted e-mail addresses can be exported to Distribution list, Contacts, CSV file (Comma Separated Values), TXT file (only e-mail addresses or Tab separated values). Extract Email Addresses can read sender's name and e-mail address (From), recipients (To, CC, BCC), contact's e-mail, e-mail 2, e-mail 3, and the software can extract e-mail addresses from e-mail subject and e-mail message content (Body). There are two work modes in Extract Email Addresses. Extract e-mail addresses from selected e-mail or contact Items; extract e-mail Addresses from e-mails and contacts in selected folders.
